Another Good News from the Overseas Oil & Gas Engineering Track! LSH Machinery, together with partners such as OEMs and Caterpillar, rose to the challenges, broke through obstacles all the way in the EPC general contracting project of a natural gas compressor station for a national oil company, and successfully delivered 5 units of G3616 5000HP natural gas engines to the port smoothly by the Candela Express, injecting strong core power into the project construction.
Looking back at the project, the winning of the bid in July 2025 sounded the clarion call for tackling tough challenges! The core tasks of building a new compressor station and reconstructing pipelines, coupled with the high-specification configuration of 5 high-power natural gas engines, were already highly challenging. After the start of construction, difficulties emerged one after another: the new type of oil cooler required a six-month redesign, leading to full-link chain changes in equipment layout and construction drawings; under the configuration requirements of NPI/DTO orders, the engine offline cycle was prolonged, and the pressure on the delivery period was fully stretched!
But difficulties are never a reason to stop! Taking the lead, LSH Machinery linked up with multiple partners and quickly launched a collaborative tackling mode: 16 cross-party coordination meetings were held intensively, with fixed online consultations at 21:00 every Tuesday evening; special nodes were set for sudden problems, and rapid meetings were held for immediate response to achieve zero-delay communication; all departments of OEMs, as well as the entire sales and procurement links, worked together as one, and multiple rounds of technical exchanges quickly finalized the implementation plan, with early research and judgment to avoid risks; real-time synchronization of information throughout the order delivery and logistics transportation processes ensured that all parties had first-hand knowledge of the project progress!
Backed by the strong support of Caterpillar, and relying on extreme collaborative efficiency and execution capabilities, we successfully optimized the delivery cycle, achieved efficient maritime transportation, and the core engine equipment arrived at the port smoothly, laying a solid foundation for the phased completion goal of the project in 2028!
From facing the complex challenges of overseas projects to joining hands with multiple parties to accurately break through the predicament, LSH Machinery has demonstrated the hardcore execution and resource integration capabilities of EPC projects with its strength! In the future, we will still take professionalism as the blade and collaboration as the shield, continue to charge forward in the oil and gas engineering track, work side by side with partners to expand new overseas horizons, and unlock more industry possibilities.
