Recently, the centralized heating project at the Huzhou Hengjian Energy Yuyue Hangzhou Industrial Park achieved successful grid connection of a Solar Turbines GT70 gas turbine generator unit supplied by LSHE. Located in Deqing County, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, the Huzhou Hengjian project is a modern industrial energy initiative integrating efficient energy production and intelligent operation. Focusing on clean energy utilization, the project combines advanced equipment with self-supporting auxiliary facilities to achieve both enhanced energy efficiency and economic benefits. It thereby provides stable, low-carbon energy support for regional industrial development.

Core Equipment: High-Efficiency Power and Heat Recovery System

At the core of the project is the Solar Turbines GT70 gas turbine generator set, with a single-unit rated capacity of 7,965 kW. Designed for high reliability, it meets the continuous power demands of enterprises within the industrial park. Additionally, a waste heat boiler has been installed to fully utilize the high-temperature exhaust gases from the gas turbine, achieving cascaded energy utilization. This boiler can generate steam at a rated output of 14.9 tons per hour, with a pressure of 1.25 MPa and a temperature of 250°C. The steam is suitable for industrial heating, process energy applications, or district heating, significantly improving comprehensive energy utilization efficiency and reducing carbon emissions.

Comprehensive Benefits: A Model of Green and Low-Carbon Industrial Synergy

Through an integrated design of "gas-fired power generation + waste heat recovery + gas-fired boilers," the project establishes an efficient clean and low-carbon energy utilization system. On one hand, gas-fired power generation ensures a stable electricity supply. On the other hand, the waste heat boiler converts exhaust heat into high-quality steam, partially replacing traditional coal-fired boilers. This approach significantly reduces annual standard coal consumption and pollutant emissions.

The Huzhou Hengjian project is not only a significant initiative in promoting energy structure transformation in Deqing County but also a leading example of "high-efficiency and green energy utilization" in the industrial sector. In the future, LSHE will collaborate with Huzhou Hengjian to continuously optimize operational efficiency, expand the application of waste heat utilization, support the achievement of regional "dual carbon" goals, and inject clean momentum into the high-quality development of the local economy.
