As a national high-tech enterprise dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of differentiated fibers, Jiangsu Yueyuan Fiber Technology Co., Ltd. has successflly commissioned a 5.5MW distributed photovoltaic (PV) project, wholly designed and constructed by Lei Shing Hong Energy.

This distributed PV project effectively utilizes the rooftop space across Yueyuan Fiber's manufacturing complex, supplying substantial green electricity for the company's production operations. The smooth commissioning of the project marks a solid step forward for Yueyuan Fiber in pursuing green, low-carbon development and optimizing its energy mix. The adoption of clean energy not only helps reduce the company's operational costs but also demonstrates its commitment and tangible action towards sustainable development as a national high-tech enterprise.
With a total installed capacity of 5.5MW, the project involves the rooftop installation of 9,488 high-efficiency PV panels and is projected to generate approximately 6.3 million kWh of electricity annually. Upon operation, it is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by nearly 5,200 tons per year.
The successful grid connection of Jiangsu Yueyuan Fiber Technology's 5.5MW distributed PV project represents a concrete implementation of the enterprise's active response to the national "dual carbon" goals and its drive for green transformation. The stable operation of the project will inject sustainable green momentum into the company's long-term development.
