Recently, the Yancheng Kitchen Waste Biogas Resource Utilization Project—the first turnkey project for biogas resource utilization undertaken by LSHE—was successfully connected to the grid and put into operation.

Project Overview
The Yancheng Kitchen Waste Biogas Resource Utilization Project employs CAT? CG132B generator sets to achieve efficient energy conversion from biogas. With a designed processing capacity of approximately 250 tons per day, the project adheres to the principles of maximizing resource utilization and minimizing pollutant emissions. It integrates concepts of clean production, comprehensive resource utilization, eco-design, and sustainable consumption, aiming to realize the goals of resource recovery, harmless treatment, and waste reduction for wet waste.
Core System
The heart of the project lies in its biogas resource utilization system, which follows the key process route outlined below:
? Gas Holder Pressure Stabilization: Equipped with a 1,600 m3 double-membrane gas holder to ensure stable biogas storage and pressure regulation.
? Biogas Desulfurization Pretreatment:With a designed processing capacity of 5,000 m3 per day, the system adopts a combination of wet desulfurization and dry desulfurization processes. This reduces H?S levels to below 50 ppm, ensuring the safe operation of downstream equipment and compliance with environmental standards.
? Biogas Power Generation and Waste Heat Utilization:
▲The generator is equipped with an original Caterpillar 400 kW unit, paired with a LSH-powered container.。
▲Equipped with a flue gas SCR denitrification system and a hot water boiler system, the setup enables effective recovery and utilization of waste heat from power generation (cogeneration).

This project adopts the operational model of "self-generation for self-use, surplus electricity fed into the grid." The electricity generated meets the site's own consumption needs, while surplus power during nighttime is integrated into the grid for sale, significantly enhancing resource utilization efficiency. As the first turnkey biogas resource utilization project undertaken by Li Xinghang, it encompasses comprehensive systems including gas storage, desulfurization, power generation units, and waste heat recovery. The project provides one-stop services ranging from design and equipment supply to installation, commissioning, and personnel training.

The CAT? CG132B-8 generator set delivers a power output of 400kW. With a high generation efficiency of 43% and combined with the waste heat utilization system, its overall efficiency can reach up to 88%. The unit features low operational and maintenance costs alongside high operational reliability, generating significant long-term benefits for customers.
