Project Introduction
Jiangsu Daji Environmental Industry Food Waste Biogas Resource Utilization Project employs CAT? (Caterpillar) CG132B generator sets to achieve efficient energy conversion from biogas. The designed processing capacity is approximately 250 tons per day. Adhering to the principles of maximizing resource utilization and minimizing pollutant emissions, the project integrates concepts of clean production, comprehensive resource utilization, ecological design, and sustainable consumption, aiming to accomplish the goals of resource recovery, harmless treatment, and waste reduction for wet waste.
This project adopts the operational mode of "self-generation for self-consumption with surplus electricity fed into the grid." The generated power meets the plant's own electricity demand, while excess power during nighttime is integrated into the grid for sale, significantly enhancing resource utilization efficiency. As the first biogas resource utilization turnkey project undertaken by Lei Shing Hong, the project encompasses a complete set of components including gas holders, desulfurization systems, generator sets, and waste heat utilization. It provides one-stop services ranging from design and equipment supply to installation, commissioning, and personnel training.
